Ole B. Hjertaker has over 15 years of experience in the maritime industry, and has served as Chief Executive Officer and interim Chief Financial Officer of Ship Finance Management AS since July 2009. From 2006 until June 2009 Mr. Hjertaker served as Chief Financial Officer in Ship Finance, and prior to that he was a director in the Corporate Finance division of DnB NOR Markets, a leading shipping and offshore bank. Mr. Hjertaker has extensive corporate and investment banking experience, mainly within the Maritime/Transportation industries, and he holds a Master of Science degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.

Peter Lund has served as Commercial Director of Ship Finance Management AS (Singapore) since 2008. Prior to joining Ship Finance, Mr. Lund has spent 15 years with A.P. Moeller-Maersk in various positions/geographical locations of which the last 10 years with Maersk Broker KS - one of the largest shipbroking houses in the world. Last position with Maersk Broker was Director of South East Asia/Head of Maersk Broker Singapore. Mr. Lund holds a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen.

Harald Gurvin joined Ship Finance Management AS in July 2006, and has served as Senior Vice President since 2008. Prior to joining Ship Finance, he spent 7 years with the global shipping group of Fortis Bank in Oslo, focusing on shipping and offshore finance. Mr. Gurvin holds Master of Science degree in Shipping, Trade and Finance from CASS Business School and a Master of Science degree in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Carolyn Lymn joined Ship Finance Management AS in November 2006, and has served as Chief Accounting Officer since 2008. Ms. Lymn holds Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University College of Wales and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, having obtained professional qualification as a chartered accountant in 1986. Ms. Lymn has extensive experience in the marine industry, including 10 years with Gearbulk Shipping Ltd, as Financial Controller and Assistant Vice President, responsible for technical accounting and financial controls. Immediately prior to joining the Company she spent three years as Head of Finance for a legal practice in the UK
